SILVER MOON
MUSIC VIDEO, 2023
An exploration into relationships between sound and visualization.
Video work produced between 2022 and 2023 are investigations into relationships between sound and visualization. “Silver Moon“ overlays 3D parametric animation with the silhouette of a waxing and waning moon. Throughout the video, the lens of the moon changes- shifting from moon to place to moment to memory. The song “Silver Moon” is a meditation on tensions and harmonies between tradition and innovation and the power structures that steer collective and individual senses of responsibility and identity.
LOST CITY
MUSIC VIDEO, 2022
An exploration into relationships between sound and visualization.
Lost City is a parametric animation that creates order out of static, architectures that assemble, dance, and dissolve, selectively revealing the song’s orator. The song “Lost City” was inspired by Candace Fujikane’s book, “Mapping Abundance for a Planetary Future” which captures a tension between ancestral tradition, indigenous knowledge of ecologies, and settler-imposed systems of capital mapped on top. Regenerating opportunities for abundance that feed and nourish the people is a radical act in this day and age, one with the opportunity to reframe, re-align, and rebuild for more resilient futures.

Peregrine is a music video that blends animated visuals with sound frequencies. The video overlays striking landscapes and enigmatic figures with dynamic soundbars, revealing and concealing vignettes in sync with the fluctuating audio. Peregrin delves into the profound. theme of our intrinsic connection to nature, exploring the delicate dance between humanity and the fertile forces of the natural world. This conversation is enriched by the convergence of portraiture, mountainous vistas, and the unique relationship shared between landscape and figure, occasionally merging into one harmonious unity.
GOOD TIMES

“Good Times” is a music video that combines dynamically responsive landscape topography with aerial landscape video footage. The song’s theme delves into the ever-shifting nature of habitable landscapes over time, grounding the listener in a call to embrace the ride amidst chaos. The lyrics invite the audience to appreciate moments of meaningful connection with community and nature.
